These Terms of Service govern all manufacturing orders, sample requests, and business relationships between Al Wahab Global (Alwahab Global Enterprises, "AWG") and the buyer ("Client"). By placing an order or signing a purchase agreement, the Client agrees to these terms.
These Terms apply to all quotations, samples, purchase orders, and manufacturing agreements between AWG and the Client. AWG reserves the right to update these terms; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
For customized agreements, a signed manufacturing contract supersedes these standard terms. If you require a bespoke agreement, please contact our team before placing your order.
AWG provides the following manufacturing service types:
AWG manufactures to approved samples only. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring their designs, logos, and branding do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. AWG is not liable for IP claims arising from Client-supplied designs.
All orders follow a structured process to ensure quality and alignment between both parties:
No production begins without written order confirmation and deposit receipt.
All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars). Standard payment terms are:
Accepted payment methods:
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Prices may be revised if raw material costs change significantly after quote issuance — AWG will notify the Client of any price adjustments before proceeding.
The standard MOQ is 10 pieces per style per colorway. This allows startups and emerging brands to launch with minimal inventory risk.
Sample development is charged separately per style. The sample fee is quoted on request and credited toward the first bulk order of 50+ pieces.
Standard bulk production lead time: 2–4 weeks after sample approval and deposit clearance. Lead times may vary based on:
Rush orders (less than 2-week lead time) are available at a 20% surcharge on the production cost, subject to capacity availability.
AWG is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, port strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control.
AWG follows AQL 2.5 international quality standards for all production. Our quality control process includes:
Industry-standard tolerance of 3% defective units per carton applies to all production runs. AWG certifies all production under ISO 9001:2015.
The Client is responsible for verifying that AWG's quality standards meet their destination market's import and retail requirements.
The Client warrants that they own or are licensed to use all design elements, logos, and trademarks included in their order. The Client indemnifies AWG against any third-party IP claims arising from Client-supplied designs.
AWG offers two primary shipping arrangements:
The Client selects the preferred Incoterm at the time of order. For DDP shipments, AWG is not liable for delays at destination customs beyond our control.
Amazon FBA preparation (poly bags, barcodes, FBA labeling, carton requirements) is available at additional cost. Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon handover to the carrier.
Manufacturing defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence of defects. AWG will replace defective goods free of charge or issue credit at AWG's discretion.
AWG is not liable for:
No returns are accepted for goods manufactured to approved samples where the production matches the approved sample.
AWG's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. AWG is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages including:

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of the other's business information, pricing, designs, and trade secrets disclosed during the course of business. Specifically:
For added protection, AWG is happy to execute a formal NDA before any sensitive information is exchanged.
