The 17-Step Production Roadmap

1

Start from Tech Pack or Reference Sample

We begin by analyzing your technical package or physical reference sample to understand your vision, measurements, and requirements.

2

Pattern Making

Our expert pattern masters create digital or paper patterns based on your size charts and fit requirements.

3

Fabric Sourcing & Inspection

Sourcing the best materials from our network of certified mills and conducting initial fabric inspections.

4

Proto Sample Development

Creating the first prototype to check design, fabric, and general fit.

5

Fit Sample Review

Client reviews the sample. We make necessary adjustments to ensure the perfect fit.

6

Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

Final sample with all correct fabrics, trims, and accessories for final approval before bulk.

7

Grading

Scaling the approved pattern to all required sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.).

8

Marker Making

Optimizing fabric usage by arranging patterns efficiently to minimize waste.

9

Fabric Relaxing & Spreading

Allowing fabric to relax to prevent shrinkage later, followed by layering for cutting.

10

Cutting

Precision cutting of fabric layers according to the markers.

11

Printing / Embroidery

Applying logos, graphics, and embellishments on cut panels (if applicable).

12

Sewing / Assembly

Skilled stitching of the garments on our production lines.

13

Inline QC Inspection

Quality checks during sewing to catch and fix issues immediately.

14

Trimming & Finishing

Removing loose threads, attaching buttons/snaps, and final cleaning.

15

Ironing & Final QC

Steam pressing and 100% final visual inspection of every garment.

16

Packing

Folding, tagging, bagging, and boxing according to your packing list.

17

Bulk Shipment & Packing Lists

Final weight check, documentation, and handover to the logistics partner for delivery.

Research & Development (R&D) Policy

01

All work from our R&D team is carried out based on our clients’ needs and best interests. We innovate to solve your design challenges.

02

We continuously research new fabrics, sustainable materials, and printing techniques to keep your brand ahead of market trends.

03

All materials and information received from our clients for R&D purposes are treated as our client's exclusive property. We sign NDAs to protect your intellectual property.

04

Samples developed during R&D remain the property of the client upon payment of development fees.
